What happens after you book.
Online booking sends us a request and holds your time. Nothing is charged online.

Choose a detail and an open time. The slot is held for you and you get an email copy of your request.

Confirmation
We review it and confirm by email, with a calendar invite. If the time doesn't work, we'll say so and the slot is released.

Reminder
The day before, a reminder email with your time, address and what to have ready.

We arrive at your slot. A 10% deposit is collected on site before work begins.

How does online booking work?+
You choose a detail and an open time, and the slot is held for you. We review every request and confirm by email with a calendar invite. You'll get a reminder the day before.
Is there a deposit?+
Nothing is charged online. A 10% deposit is collected on site before work begins, and the rest when the detail is done.
How long does a Full Detail take?+
About 3–4 hours. Larger vehicles, add-ons and heavier soiling can take longer; we'll tell you before starting.
Do you need water or electricity?+
Please have an outdoor water connection and a power outlet within reach of the vehicle. If that isn't possible, call or text before booking so we can confirm what your location needs.
Can you detail at my apartment or office?+
Yes, as long as we can access the spot and the property allows it. Please arrange gate codes and any HOA, apartment or building permission in advance.
What if it rains?+
Interior-only work can often go ahead. If rain or unsafe weather affects exterior work, we contact you as early as possible and move your appointment to the next suitable opening at no charge.
